Yes — a common pattern is the Grand Hall for keynotes plus the Forum Room for breakouts. Booking two or three rooms on the same day takes 15% off the smaller rooms.
Anything that runs on Windows 11 and fits your licence. Send the list five working days ahead; we image all 25 machines and hold one spare workstation configured identically.
In the Grand Hall the technician switches between four saved DMX scenes — full house, stage focus, panel, blackout. The Forum Room and Lab have wall dimmers with a 3000–5000 K range and blackout blinds.
Yes, with no corkage fee. The foyer has a prep counter, fridge and dishwasher. Food and drink stay out of the Computer Lab — water bottles with lids are fine.
Three to four weeks for the Grand Hall in September–November, a few days for the smaller rooms outside that window. We hold a tentative date for 48 hours while you confirm internally.
